Installation
Preparation:
Ensure the trailer is securely supported and the main frame is accessible.Mounting the Primary Bracket:
- Attach the primary bracket to the side wall of the main trailer frame using four bolts.
- The base plate of the primary bracket must be positioned flush against the trailer frame for optimal support.
- Bolting the System:
- Insert and tighten the four bolts through the side wall into the bracket.
- Confirm the bracket is firmly secured and properly aligned.
- Wheel Spacing (Tandem Applications):
- For tandem axle setups, we recommend a wheel spacing of 760mm for optimal performance.
- Axle and Brake Options:
- The recommended 65x65mm axle is ordered separately based on your project specifications.
- Both drum and disc brake systems are compatible with the application
