Warranty
3-Year Parts and Replacement Warranty
TrailFlex warrants all parts of the TowMate hitch against defect or failure for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. During this period, any failed parts will be replaced at no cost when returned to the manufacturer. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faulty materials but does not include damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, or normal wear and tear. All returns must be authorized and shipped back to the manufacturer for inspection and processing.
